Hosted by Ling Bundgaard, a discussion on “building wealth through real estate investing” was conducted at Ms. Bundgaard’s residence in Ahwatukee on September 30, 2006. The dialogue was led by Dr. Sie Dhiam Tjong, a dedicated physician and also a successful local real estate investor. Through his first hand experience in real estate business, Dr. Sie guided the audience on what to buy, how to buy, and where to buy real estate properties in the Phoenix Metro area. He shared his extensive experience on the subject of property management, borrowing money, and deferring capital gain tax through the 1031 exchange mechanism.
