• AMERINDO 2006 CHRISTMAS PARTY
  The Amerindo 2006 Christmas party was a success. A great turn out, with guest visitors from Texas, California and New Mexico. A note from the Amerindo President Jaap Damwijk: “A sincere thank you to all the members that helped with the Holiday Party, it was a great success! Here are some names to be honored and remembered for all their hard work and input. Renee and Rudy Fens, Ciska and Ludwig Herrmann, Erna and George Minx, Frouke and Indra Jaya, Rennie and Rob van West, Babes and Herman Morel, Von and Will Roosen, Irene Tessenson, Jeanne Damwijk. A great big hand to all of you for making the party a success that it was. A special thank you to Kastik Green for bringing the extra dessert. Also a big thank you to all that came from so far away. It was a lot of fun to see every one and to see so many on the dance floor.”
  
  
• VICE PRESIDENT
  The club now has a Vice-President. Ludwig Herrmann has accepted the position. Ludwig will be a great asset to the Amerindo organization.
  
  
• KUMPULAN
  The next Amerindo kumpulan is January 13th. It will be held at North Mountain Park (located at 7th Street and Peoria) at 12 o’clock in the afternoon. As usual it will be a potluck, the club will provide the coffee and ice water. Frouke should be calling everyone to schedule who should bring what.
  
  
• LOUGHLIN TRIP
  February has a turn around Laughlin trip scheduled for the 10th. Start saving your money, and keep that date open for the trip!
